 Cascade Testing performs DOT re-qualification testing for High Pressure industrial gas tube trailers and cryogenic liquid transport trailers as well as all types of DOT rated storage systems, including Welding bottles. 

Cascade Testing can also provide  5 and 10 year Acoustic Emission Testing on tube trailers. 

In accordance with DOT we provide annual Visual and Pressure K test , as well as 5 year Pneumatic and internal inspections. We can do these on site or we can come to your location. 

Cascade performs 5th wheel plate inspections. These inspections are required every 5 years. We do inspections, removal , rebuild, and install. 

We perform Annual Vehicle Inspections required by FMCSA under code 49 CFR Part 396 for semi trailers, On site or we can come to you and do them at your location.  

We are certified to perform CSC Inspections on ISO Containers. Every container must be examined not more than 5 years after manufacture and thereafter at intervals of less than thirty months. We can do these on site or we can come to your location.   

 Roll stability support  provides an independent stability system for single, tandem or tri-axle constant-powered trailers equipped with air or mechanical suspensions , including tube trailers. It is compatible with both disc and drum foundation brakes.

With our experienced team we can repair all types of trailers we can repair from the small repairs to the big repairs. 

We can perform any welding repair from small little fixes to major ones.  

Cascade can also make any type of vinyl decal you need, for your car, trucks, trailers we provide 5 year vinyl and 10 year vinyl.  

We can build brand new manifolds to your needs, modify and repair existing manifolds on tube trailers.
